Twenty-four one-hour sessions ($68.00 a session).
For those training three times a week. This is the best way to kick start
your fitness and weight loss! This package will take you through 2 months of focused workouts. Keep in mind that it has an expiration date and is designed to be used as planned. Included is a wellness consultation with goal setting and body fat measurement.

Buddy Sessions $900.00

Ten one-hour sessions.
Workout with a friend and pay just $450.00 each!
Team up with someone who shares a similar fitness background and goals. This is a great way to save money, be accountable, and have fun with the process! Limited to two people so that you get the attention you need. Let’s talk to figure out if you and your friend are a good candidate for this program.

New Program Design $100.00

One hour and a half session.
For a new program design, monthly refresher, or strength and stretch session.
The new program design can be for the gym, home, or outdoors. The monthly refresher is for those who have trained with me in the past and are now working out on their own. Its a way to keep things fresh, learn new exercises, and stay motivated on a monthly basis. The strength and stretch session is a treat that clients ask for once in a while. We take an extra half hour to stretch after the workout. Your body will appreciate it!

At Home Training $1000.00

Ten one-hour sessions.
On occasion, home training is the best option for someone.
If you would prefer to workout at home, lets talk to figure out if you're a good candidate. The decision is based on your goals and fitness level, space and equipment/tools available, location, and schedule. This package includes a wellness-consultation with goal setting, and body fat measurement.
