I believe we all have what it takes to be strong and vital at any stage of our lives. Whether your goal is to lose weight, strengthen your body, alleviate your back problems, train for a sport, or simply feel better, I can help! My integrated approach to fitness includes strength training, functional, core, and balance exercises, cardiovascular conditioning, yoga inspired flexibility poses, and personalized nutrition. I love what I do and my goal is to guide and support you through the Transformation in a safe and efficient way.

For a New Program Design, Monthly Refresher, or Workout & Stretch Session.

Ten One-Hour Sessions
$800.00
For those training twice a week.

Twenty-Four One-Hour Sessions
$1680.00
For those training three times a week or more. This comes to $70.00 a session.


□ The Ten and Twenty-Four Pack include a complimentary wellness consultation and body fat measurement.


□ Training sessions are held at Five Point Fitness, formally Worlds Gym in Corte Madera. On occasion, home training may be arranged.


□ I typically meet clients two to three times a week depending on their starting level of fitness, goal, schedule, and motivation!


□ A Five Point Fitness membership is required to have access to the training facility. Day Passes may also be an option. For membership information, go to the Five Point Fitness page.
